To empower and motivate underserved high schoolers and young adults to unlock their potential and build meaningful careers; through mentorship, real-world career and industry exposure, and direct access to CEOs and their teams. Students and young adults gain confidence, discover their natural strengths, and become positive forces in their communities.

The Problem
 
															Over 230,000 youth in Greater Philadelphia are underserved, yet fewer than 5% have access to competitive programs. Most lack exposure to real career paths, school counselors are overwhelmed, and after-school engagement is low. As a result, many young people grow up without confidence, direction, or motivation. This disconnect from job opportunities continues to fuel a cycle of underachievement.
