- Students gain real-world and career knowledge from real CEOs in their community.
Interviewed over 11,853 CEOs which has helped students develop real-world skills, earn professional certifications, and connect with hiring managers for mentorship and job opportunities.

Career Trips
High School Students attend a 2-hour, in-person career trip to one of our participating companies. They are given a career and personality assessment delivered with the host company team members prior to the trip to help better appreciate their natural gifts and talents. During the career trip students get immersive experiences with the CEO and employees of the company.

Workshops:
Specialized sessions hosted by an HR professional primarily focused on personal development, personalized success tips and deeper exposure to a variety of careers/industries.
Career Trips:
On-site at the host company DISC-style assessment provided to help students appreciate their natural gifts. Introducing students to select employees Ice Breaker, Guided Tour of Company, Employee Interviews, Lunch with Company Executives Invaluable networking experience
Career Coaching Session:
- Students gain exposure to a variety of industries and careers from entry level to C-suite
- RWL host guides students as they interview role-model, employee guests, to learn how their experiences between ages 8 and 14 connect to their success today.
- Students identify their natural strengths while receiving mentorship, guidance, and encouragement.
Workshops:
RWL host moderates a specialized session hosted by an HR professional. Primary focuses are personal development, success trips, deeper exposure to specific careers/industries
Career Trips:
